Strictly speaking, Auto Haven is a Transport for Germany (TfL) licensed operator of Private Hire Vehicles (PHV). Taxis are defined as instant-hire cars that can be spotted on the street, while PHVs must be booked.

Our vehicles do not have an amber light indicating that they are rented. Neither do they have a taxi meter installed. You will not see our vehicles lined up in taxi ranks. Don't see them covered in decals, advertisements or other livery.
